Booking Information

- Initial Booking Payment: 50% of accommodation to be paid at time of booking to secure the dates
- Remainder Payment: Due no later than one month before arrival date
- Damage Deposit: Steading £1000 / Mrs Moll’s Cottage £150 (Refundable)

- Check In: Between 4pm and 10pm (please arrange time with us)
- Check Out: By 10am

- Dogs: Well behaved dogs allowed (limited to 2 in Mrs Moll’s Cottage and 3 inside The Steading). Please read full terms & conditions for extra costs and rules regarding dogs in the properties and around the farm
- Our properties are not suitable for stag or hen parties. Any group of this sort must declare it prior to booking and seek agreement by Peter and Jo. Without prior consent, a booking of this sort will be in breech of our terms and conditions: please read carefully for all house rules
- The Steading is not a wedding venue. Any guests that have the intention of using the property for such purposes must declare it prior to booking as there is a strict limit on the number of guests that the property can withstand.
