The Steading (sleeps 16 + 1 child on sofa bed)
The standard 8-bedroom Steading can sleep up to 16 guests in a mixture of twin and super-king beds. 5 of the bedrooms have room for infants sleeping in travel cots (at not extra cost).
There is one extra-large ‘family’ bedroom which has a single sofa bed in it which is suitable for a child to sleep on, as well as space for a travel cot as well. Use of the sofa bed is an additional £20 and should be requested in advance so that bedding, linen and towels can be provided.
Prices below include VAT, are on a self-catered basis, and are for the standard 8-bedroom Steading sleeping 16.
Please note that there is a 7 night minimum stay for Christmas and New Year bookings.

Accommodating Larger Groups (sleeping 16-22 guests + 2 children on sofa beds)
An additional 2 guests can be accommodated in Kudo Master Suite, which is situated within The Steading.
Like the ‘family’ bedroom, the suite also has a single sofa bed which is suitable for a child to sleep on. Use of the sofa bed is an additional £20 and should be requested in advance so that bedding, linen and towels can be provided.
Prices below for the addition of the Kudo Master Suite include VAT and are on a self-catered basis.

Catering at The Steading
We have a number of flexible catering options available for your stay should you require some time away from the oven, including self-serve, oven ready meals and private chef catering for special occasions. If we are unavailable to offer our 'in house' catering options (e.g. at busy times on the farm like when we are lambing) then we can suggest some excellent alternatives.
We also offer a fully hosted dinner, bed & breakfast package, which includes a hosting service from Peter, Jo and their team throughout your stay to allow you to sit back and relax during your time here at Legerwood.

Dogs at The Steading
We understand the importance of bringing your four-legged friends away with you, which is why we have provided heated kennels and outdoor washing facilities for them to dry off after a long muddy walk or day out in the field, at no extra cost.
If you would like your dogs to come inside once they are dry and clean, they are welcome to come into the living areas with hard flooring, but we ask that they remain strictly out of bedrooms and off all furniture please. There is an extra cleaning charge of £20 added for each dog that comes inside and a maximum of 3 at any one time.

Mrs Moll’s Cottage (sleeps 4)
Mrs Moll’s Cottage is available on a self-catered basis. Please note that there is a 7 night minimum stay for Christmas and New Year bookings.

Dogs at Mrs Moll’s Cottage
There are no dog kennels at Mrs Moll’s Cottage, however, there is an outside tap for washing down your furry companions after a muddy walk. The utility room in the cottage is warm and cosy for them to then dry off in. A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome to go into the living area of the cottage, but we ask that they remain strictly off the furniture and do not go upstairs please. There is an extra cleaning charge of £10 added for each dog that comes inside the cottage.
